The story
It started with a plan written on a gym napkin.
Real coaching is just good questions and a plan that changes as you do. We thought software could do that part — for free, for anyone. Here's how KetzalCode got here.
The problem
Good coaching was locked behind a paywall.
Personal trainers are great and expensive. The free alternative was a pile of generic PDFs and YouTube guesswork. There was no middle — something that actually read your goals without asking for a subscription first.
The build
We taught an AI to ask the right questions.
Five questions about your goals, schedule, and experience — the intake a good trainer does on day one. The AI turns those answers into a real routine in seconds, then adapts it as you train.
Where we are now
You're early — and that's the best time to be here.
We're just getting started. Free from the first day, no catch, no data sold. Generate a plan now and you're shaping what the coach becomes.
Who's behind KetzalFit
Who holds your data — and how to reach us
KetzalFit is built by KetzalCode, which builds AI-powered products. You can always reach a real person — no anonymous inbox.
Your account data is held by Google Firebase (Firestore), and the app — including Azure OpenAI, which generates your plans — runs on Microsoft Azure. Those are the companies that physically store and process your data. We don't currently publish a specific storage region; when we do, it will appear here.
